About the Presenter(s):

David T. Palmer, Esq. joined DOCS Education this year to assist sedation dentists as they navigate state regulations and compliance, while also serving as liaison to facilitate a knowledge-driven relationship between dentists and their governing boards. He is uniquely qualified, drawing on a regulatory background that began right out of law school.

Mr. Palmer is a 2015 graduate of The University of Toledo College of Law, served as President of the Law Fraternity, Phi Alpha Delta, attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and has a B.A. in Psychology. As a resident of Pittsburgh, PA, he is barred in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and has spent time in both private and corporate practice, specializing in compliance, contract negotiation, insurance regulations, and much more.
